Reproduction of accepted abstracts
Abstracts that have been accepted for presentation will be published as a supplement to the European Journal of Ultrasound (Ultraschall in der Medizin). By submitting your abstract you automatically agree to transfer the copyright to Thieme Publishers should your abstract be accepted. Abstracts will only be published or included in the program if the appropriate registration fee has been received.

The best abstracts will be awarded
The best abstracts will be awarded for each of the categories oral session and poster:
1st Prize: Two Thieme books published by Prof. Merz ("Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology"; 2nd edition, volume 1 & 2). Plus a free one-year subscription to the "American Journal of Perinatology"
2nd Prize: Two Thieme books published by Prof. Merz ("Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology", 2nd edition, volume 1 & 2)
3rd Prize: Free one-year subscription to the "American Journal of Perinatology"

Please consider with regard to the following speakers that the presentation time limit is set as follows:
Oral presentation: 5 min. talktime + 2 min. discussion
Poster: 3 min. talktime + 2 min.discussion.
